What ClearRoster is
Each month ClearRoster checks the names of the people and vendors you add against the federal OIG exclusion list (LEIE), SAM.gov exclusions and the state Medicaid lists shown on the home page, and keeps a dated record of each check. Each record names every list it checked, the date of each list, and any list it could not check.
What it is not
- Not legal or compliance advice. It is a record of a screening check. For your situation, ask your attorney or compliance adviser. You remain responsible for your own screening and for what you do about a result.
- A name alone is never a match. ClearRoster calls an entry a match only when an identifier such as an NPI or date of birth agrees. A possible match is shown for you to confirm or rule out, and you confirm it with the list's publisher (for example OIG's own search and Verify step) before acting on it.
- Not a guarantee. We copy each list as its publisher posts it. A publisher's list can be late or wrong, and so can our copy. ClearRoster checks only the names you add, only against the lists it names in each record, and cannot find someone listed under a name you did not give.
Your practice link
Your practice page is reached by a private link. Anyone with the link can see your list and records, so keep it like a password. We store only a coded form of it and cannot show it again.
Free trial
A new practice gets a 14-day free trial with no card needed. When the trial ends, monthly checks pause unless you subscribe. Your past records stay readable either way.
Billing
Plans are $29 a month for up to 100 people and vendors and $49 a month for up to 500, billed monthly through Stripe, and renew every month until you cancel. If you subscribe during the trial, the first charge is on the day the trial ends (or straight away if less than two days of it are left). Stripe sends the receipts.
Cancelling
Cancel any time with "Manage billing" on your practice page, which opens Stripe's billing page. The subscription then runs to the end of the month already paid, and monthly checks pause after that. Your past records stay readable.
Refunds
Email bryan@tryneverclosed.com within 14 days of a charge you didn't intend and we'll refund it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
